Starting the day with such a bowl makes you both lively and happy. I think the toppings are incredibly important in such breakfasts. I topped my porridge with fresh berries, granola and peanut butter. Yummy!
Raw Buckwheat Porridge
1 1/4 dl buckwheat groats
1 dl frozen berries (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry)
1-1,5 dl water or almond milk
1 tsp blueberry powder
coconut blossom syrup or dates

Place buckwheat in a bowl and cover with water. Allow to sit overnight or for at least 2 hours. Drain and rinse carefully as the soak water is slimy. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add water or milk little by little until desired consistency.
Raw Bovetegröt
1 1/4 dl bovetekärnor
1 dl frysta bär (hallon, jordgubb, blåbär)
1-1,5 dl vatten eller mandelmjölk
