Today I give to a recipe for a simple, but very delicious mousse. I just mixed it all together, but if you want a smoother texture you can use a hand blender. The mousse is very filling and has a deep flavor of chocolate. I served mine with coconut chips from Smiling.
Vegan Mocha Mousse
2 portions
1 1/4 dl coconut cream
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cold coffee
10 drops NuStevia vanilla
Whisk everything together in a bowl by hand. Spoon the batter into two glasses and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Top with coconut flakes or chocolate before serving.
Vegan Mockamousse
2 portioner
1 1/4 dl kokosgrädde
3 msk kakaopulver
2 msk chiafrön
2 msk kallt kaffe
10 droppar NuStevia vanilj
Vispa ihop allt i en skål för hand. Skeda smeten i två glas och ställ i kylen i 2-3 timmar. Toppa med kokosflingor eller choklad före servering.
